What you will need to make this gift:

- 1 heaping tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:
- Mix the flour, baking powder, coco powder and brown sugar together.
- Place in a sealed plastic bag in your cup along with your Nutella Single Serve pack

Nutella Chocolate Mug Cake | Single Serving Full Recipe
- 1 tablespoon Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 heaping tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour the batter into two greased ramekins or one large greased microwavable bowl or mug.
- Microwave on 70% power for 30 seconds. At the end of the time, check for doneness. If not cooked through, add 15 seconds at a time.

Gingerbread Mug Cake | Single Serving Full Recipe
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 generous dash of salt
- 4 tbsp buttermilk (you can use regular milk if you don’t have buttermilk)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- In a large, microwavable coffee mug, combine and mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, checking on your cake after 1 minute and microwaving in 30 second intervals thereafter. Everyone’s microwave is different, so you’ll want to play around with yours to see how much time you need to cook your cake.
- Pull mug out of the microwave, garnish with a generous dollop of whipped cream or cream cheese frosting (optional).

Cinnamon Roll Mug | Single Serving Full Recipe

- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp packed light-brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp (scant) salt
- 1 Recipe Cream Cheese Icing, recipe follows
- 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- Prepare Cream Cheese Icing according to directions listed, set aside (optional).
- Combine all ingredients (minus Cream Cheese Icing) in a mug then whisk together with a fork until combined and nearly smooth.
- Microwave mixture on high power for 1 minute then check cake for doneness. If it is not fully cooked microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
- Serve warm topped with Cream Cheese Icing.
