
BARRE WITH BECCA: 45 MINUTE INNER THIGH BARRE BURNER WITH WEIGHTS
This is a 45 minutes Barre class that will tone your entire body, especially those inner thighs. You need your countertop or a chair to serve as your “bar” and hand weights (2-5lbs). Modify when you need to. If it is too easy, grab heavier weights. Keep moving, keep staying home and keep positive, my friends!

What you need:
- Chair or countertop
- Yoga Mat
- 2-5 lbs weights (I used 5 lbs.)
- Water
- Shoes are optional
1. Barre Warm-up
2. Barre Blocks
Block 1: plies + biceps + lunges
Block 2: back + triceps
Block 3: curtsy lunges + chair squats
Block 4: side lunge + passe + shoulders
Block 5: inner thighs on mat
Block 6: abs + stretch
