- Plies + Lunges
- Shoulders + Jabs
- Star + Squat + Curtsy
- Glutes + Quads
3. Ab Work
- Scissor Legs (3 sets of 8)
- Scissor Legs + Shoulders Lifted (8x)
- Scissor Legs + Shoulders Lifted + Oblique Twists (8x)
- On Forarems:
- Bicycle Legs (8x)
- Pulse leg low(8x)
- Pulse other leg (8x)
- Repeat 2x
- Hip Lifts (16x)
