DIY Printable No Soliciting Signs
I feel like I’m living in the 1950s with the amount of door-to-door salespeople coming to my home. This gets very tricky with kids. I tell my kids to never open the door to strangers…well, there are tons of strangers in our neighborhood this summer! They are ringing doorbells trying to sell everything from new roofs, tree trimming services, internet service, oil changes and of course, candy. To help my kids out and ease my mama-bear mind, I decided to make some No Soliciting signs for our front door. These three signs are small, simple and kind of cute. Hopefully the sales people will get the drift when they spot the sign and stop ringing our doorbell. It’s 2014, people! Send me an email, a text, an Instagram post, but stop ringing my doorbell…please!

What’s it like around your neighborhood these days? Are you getting more door-to-door salespeople?
Needed this, thank you! Yes, we have people come to our door- it always makes me suspicious- like the guy in the plain polo “selling” security systems who asks- “Do you have a security system?” and I’m like “No and we don’t want one, thank you.” Then in my head I’m like- ‘STUPID!! Don’t tell this stranger claiming to be a salesman that we don’t have a security system!’ Then I’m triple locking the doors for a week after that…. Like I said, I needed this!!
I feel you, friend! They have been out in swarms this summer. I’ve heard about the polo-clad security system guys. Scary!!!!
Awesome! I got four before noon on Monday (and none were girl scouts with cookies), time to do something about this!
I hope the signs help :)! Good luck!!
