Spring in a box–French Macarons
We had a visit from the “Tic”-ing Baker. He brought us French macarons as a Valentine’s Day gift from my mother-in-law. Thanks, Granny D! These sweet little fellows melt in your mouth and warm your heart. They are Spring in a box. In fact, they didn’t see their shadow, which means Spring is right around the corner.
We went to college with the “Tic”-ing Baker, Craig Bagley. Craig has Tourette Syndrome, hence the name of his bakery. Tourette Syndrome is a disorder of physical and vocal tics. Craig has had to overcome much in his life. We are so proud of him for following his heart and making a dream come true–opening his own bakery and spreading French macaron love all over the land. He is a courageous and talented guy. His macarons would be wonderful for birthdays, baby and wedding showers, Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, parties and holidays. Be sure to look up the “Tic”-ing Baker next time you need to send someone (or yourself) a rainbow of sugary, sweet goodness. Place your order fast, before I eat them ALL!!!!
Here is how you can reach the “Tic”-ing Baker :

If you haven’t guessed already, I’m on a sugar high. Not many of the macarons made it out of the photo shoot whole. Hope the hubs doesn’t notice.
