Easy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings"

Easy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”

Cauliflower is the new “it” vegetable and I LOVE IT!!!! I could eat it every meal. My family, however, not so much. With this creative and yummy recipe, you might be able to trick your family into liking cauliflower!!

Remember how I’m loving my air fryer? Well, not only can you make killer buffalo chicken wings in it, you can now make buffalo cauliflower “wings” too!! This is a great snack or side dish to any meal. My hubby and I gobbled these up. There are some recipes out there that has you drench the cauliflower in a batter then air fry. I’m lazy and didn’t want the extra calories, so we just drenched the florets in buffalo sauce and air fried directly. They don’t come out as “crispy,” but they taste delicious! Dunk them in some blue cheese or ranch as you go. So good and good for you!! Enjoy!
