BARRE WITH BECCA: 45 MINUTE BOOTY BURNER WITH YOGA BLOCK (OR BOOK) & WEIGHTS
Here is my next installment of BARRE WITH BECCA. This is a 45 minutes Barre class that will tone and burn that booty. Bonus, several special visits from Gigi, my dog!! You need your countertop or a chair to serve as your “bar.” You need a yoga block or a thick, hardbound book and hand weights. Modify when you need to. Keep moving, keep staying home and keep positive, my friends!

What you need:
- Chair or countertop
- Yoga Mat
- Yoga Block or Hardbound Book
- 2-5 lbs weights (I used 5 lbs. If you don’t have weights, use water bottles or cans of food.)
- Water
- Shoes are optional
1. Barre Warm-up
2. Barre Blocks
Block 1: plies
Block 2: squats with block and weights
Block 3: star + side lunge + side knee raise
Block 4: kicks + lunges + arms with weights
Block 5: glutes + triceps with block on mat
Block 6: abs + stretch with block
